Pawpatch started the same way most good ideas do with a dog, a walk, and a harness that just wasn’t cutting it.

Founder, Tamara, was doing what every dog parent does: trying to give her fur baby the best. But every harness she bought either rubbed, restricted movement, slipped around, or felt like it was designed by someone who’d never actually walked a dog. Cheap fabrics, stiff straps, “cute” designs that weren’t comfortable… she tried them all. Nothing put her dog first.

So she went deep. Research, vets, ergonomic studies, testing on real dogs you name it, she explored it.

The pet industry didn’t need another ‘cute’ dog brand. It needed a smarter one.

A brand that put comfort first, not gimmicks.

A brand built around real dog-parent life, not staged dog-model aesthetics.

A brand that showed up with personality, honesty, and the kind of energy that makes you think, “Finally. Someone gets it.”

And so, Pawpatch was born.

When your dog walks comfortably, everything else just works.

Our mission is simple: create the most comfortable, thoughtful, personality driven dog gear in Australia. And we’re just getting started.
